I am a DANCER since +15 years
I was in TEAM SPORTS and got into WEIGHTLIFTING and the GYM 5 years ago,

Also loved FITNESS classes and now I am into POWERLIFTING

I am eager to teach as I love to explain and help people! I will enjoy working with anyone

I AM A STRONG MOTIVATOR

I understand how nutrition and physiology works, believe me, WE CAN GET EHAT WE WANT
