I am a young girl who just finished high school and is currently studying at university. I will be there for whatever you need help with and am more than happy to take extra time to ensure you understand the work and get the best grade possible. I want to tutor because I want to help students as much as possible snd still have all the resources and advice from my schooling years which I personally think would help other students a lot.

My lessons could be for any year, i’m comfortable teaching younger years but also older years as I just finished high school myself so I have a lot of experience with what teachers want to see in English. I would say lessons would go for a typical length of one hour but am happy to do over time with any student who needs it. I tutored grades younger than me through my high schooling, this was from when I was in years 10-12.
I would start the lessons with a warm up writing task, I would give them a stimulus to answer or a picture to make up a story about or simply just encouraging them to write about anything they wanted to engage them with their learning. We’d go through what they’re all currently. studying in school and break that down to make anything that they have a difficult time with a lot easier. I would also be open to giving advice on assignments and running through exam prep when the time comes.
