My teaching approach is student-centered and adaptable, using real-world examples, scaffolding techniques, and active engagement to build understanding and confidence. A typical lesson includes a review, a clear introduction of new material, guided practice, and a reflective recap. What sets me apart is my focus on creating a supportive environment that fosters both academic growth and personal resilience, with lessons tailored to each student's needs. I primarily tutor high school and early college students (Grades 9–12 and first- and second-year college) in subjects like English, writing, and history, including AP and IB programs.
