As a Mathematics teacher, my approach is to break complex concepts into simple steps and relate them to real-life situations so students can easily understand and remember them. I encourage active participation in class through questions, exercises, and problem-solving activities, because learning is more effective when students are involved.
I understand that students learn at different paces, so I give extra support to slow learners while also challenging fast learners with additional tasks. I use teaching aids, continuous assessment, and regular feedback to monitor students’ progress and improve their performance.
