About Ali Gohar
I am a PhD candidate in Public Policy with an academic background in Public Administration and Social Sciences. My work focuses on policy analysis, governance, and research design, and I specialize in helping university students develop strong academic writing and critical thinking skills.

My approach is structured, analytical, and outcomes-focused. I do not complete assignments for students; instead, I coach students to develop clarity of argument, strong structure, and critical analysis skills.
My methodology is based on:
• Breaking down assignment questions to identify what markers are actually assessing
• Teaching clear essay and policy paper structures (introduction logic, argument flow, conclusion synthesis)
• Developing critical thinking rather than descriptive writing
• Strengthening use of academic sources and referencing (APA/Harvard/Chicago)
• Providing structured written feedback on drafts
For policy and public administration students, I also teach how to apply analytical frameworks (e.g., policy cycle, governance models, institutional analysis) effectively in assignments.
Sessions are interactive. Students bring their draft, outline, or assignment question, and we work through it systematically.
Typical Lesson Length
• Standard session: 60 minutes
• Extended session (for thesis/dissertation support): 90 minutes
• Intensive editing/review sessions available before submission deadlines
I also offer ongoing weekly coaching for students who want consistent improvement across the semester.
