About Dennis
My name is Dennis Silva, I am a Biotechnologist and I have specialized in Nutrition and Food Safety. I am passionate about research and I have been part of two research groups at the UMH, the most recent being and in which the Post-Harvest group still participates.
Initially, I decided to study biotechnology for genetics, drugs, vaccines ... But my interests have changed and I have leaned towards food biotechnology, whose main representatives may be the wine, beer, yogurt industry, but they are increasingly in bioactive compounds in foods that have beneficial properties for health are on the rise, and it is what interests me most at the moment.
I seek to help anyone who seeks to progress and expand their knowledge, and in this way, help you to achieve your goals. I am also interested in sharing my knowledge and experience.
