About Jaroslav
Jaroslav has been playing the accordion since he was 8 years old. He finished elementary music school in 2008 in the class of Suzana Pejić, and then secondary school "Kosta Manojlović" in Smederevo with prof. Milan Erakovic in 2012.
Then he studied at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen (Germany) in the class of prof. Mie Miki and successfully completed his master's studies in July 2022.
He expanded his artistic skills and repertoire at master courses and seminars with well-known artists in the world of classical accordion such as dr. Zoran Rakić, Franz Angelis, Janne Rattia, Inaki Alberdi, Matti Rantanen, Geir Draugsvoll and Veli Kujala. Jaroslav also had the great honor to participate in the Workshops of Juan José Mosalini and Lars Holm, where he gained invaluable experience.
He participated in the premiere of several works by composers such as Karin Hausmann and Tamon Jashima. In November 2019, he played 6 orchestral pieces op. 6 by Anton Webern with the Robert Schumann Hochschule Symphony Orchestra in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Jaroslav teaches accordion for the last 8 years, of which 4 years of experience working in a music school and also last 5 years of working privately and online.
Jaroslav has been playing the accordion for more than 20 years, mostly classical, but there are also other musical genres that he is playing such as folk/traditional, waltzes, musettes, tango, klezmer etc.
He is open to all musical directions as long as the music is constructive and for building better society.

Whether you are looking to learn the most basic fundamentals of accordion playing, or to perform any song at a professional level, or you just need help with finding the best fingering for a specific song/piece, my lessons will help you achieve your own musical goals as soon as possible.
For my lessons you'll need only these two things:
An accordion (Piano or Button B-system)
The Will to Learn :)
You are going to learn:
How to play any piece of your choosing (within your current skill level)
Basic and advanced accordion techniques
Good practicing habits
Chords and scales
How to read music and develop good rhythm
Musical interpretation and analysis
Pieces/songs of various music styles (classic, balkan, tango, waltz, musette etc.)
Lessons are being held in English, German or Serbian language.

Perfect! Moj nastavnik harmonike je veoma posvecen, strpljiv i motivisuci. Njegov nacin rada zasniva se na tome da svako gradivo objasni jasno i detaljno, tako da ucenik zaista razume sta svira, a ne samo da nauci napamet. Veoma je prijatan, ume da ohrabri ucenika, pohvali trud i da motivise da se napreduje dalje. Preporucujem svima koji zele da nauce.
