About Maddy
I am a recent graduate from Grand Canyon University where I received my Masters degree in Education, specifically curriculum and development. For the past 5.5 years I have worked closely in the education realm as well as working with teachers in classrooms, assisting students that needed a differentiation of lessons. I highly enjoy learning, listening to educational podcasts, and reading books that help me learn better about how to assist students in certain subjects.

Through the use of student centered discussion and making connections with material and learning abilities, I will share my knowledge in a way the student needs to learn. A typical lesson plan will focus on the specific needs of a student as well as the specific subject they need tutoring in.
What sets me apart as a tutor is both my knowledge and experience. I have my Masters degree in Education that focused on curriculum and instruction. I have knowledge on differentiation for students needing extra help or more of a challenge, as well as knowledge on how to form the right lesson in a way that a student will understand and retain that knowledge.
