About Sonya
I take the role of being a tutor very seriously. The ability to be able to help someone reach their goal is important to me. I was an "older" learner while getting my bachelor's and master's and had people that helped me reach those goals. I would like to be the individual that helps someone like I was helped. Without those individuals, I would have probably not been able to reach my goals. It is time for me to pass that along.

I have hands-on experience with a child with autism. That has put my bachelor's degree to good use and has given me knowledge that I can pass on to other students. My master's in psychology with the concentration in forensic psychology gives me the unique opportunity to show students that forensic psychology is not just what you see on television. I'm very passionate about the subject and would very much like to help others reach their goals.
