About Tyler
I am a graduate from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Math. Beyond that, I have always been passionate about math and I earned a 5 on the AP Calculus AB and the AP Calculus BC exams, separately. I have been tutoring students one-on-one since 2017 in professional and peer settings. All of my friends at my university would come to me with questions about math.

I work one-on-one with each individual student to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of how to perform various mathematical functions as well as how to identify which one to use with a given problem. It is just as important to understand why each function or operation is performed as well as knowing how to. I believe each student is capable and deserves enough attention to fully grasp each concept.
