About Amy
I was one of the top 15% of my graduating class, having obtained Magna Cum Laude and a 3.8 GPA during my whole college career.
I am educated on many different forms of writing and poetry. I am also skilled in editing.
I can write an A plus research paper in under three hours averaging 1000 words per hour and I can teach my students how to do the same!
I make a fun learning environment where the student becomes the teacher as I advocate for thinking outside of the box and bringing new ideas into the mix of education.

My goal is to not only inspire you with past thinkers of our world's greatest societies of its time, but also encourage you to think outside of the box by incorporating rhetoric and critical thinking.
I am able to put together lessons for all levels and for the many different avenues of the English language.
Poetry and creative writing are also something I teach, using several short pieces of popular writers to show case the different styles of writing. I will use short exercises to engage your writing skills and build from there to expand your knowledge of the English language, but also build new skills when it comes to writing.
What sets me apart as a tutor is I have been a writer for almost ten years, with many published articles and awards. I also have a passion for teaching others how to think and communicate in a way that reaches all audiences and impresses educators.
