I am a very organised teacher who offers her own resources to test my learners ability. I offer an initial assessment for all learners to gain an understanding on the learners strengths and weaknesses. I then carry out a diagnostic assessment after the content has been taught to offer more support and resources to get my learners to the level of learning they and I am happy with.
