About Ifan
I am a lifelong learner. I graduated with a Master's in Pure Mathematics from the University of St Andrews and my passion for STEM, especially mathematics, lives on. I enjoy challenges which require problem solving and creative thinking. I want to help people to see the beauty of mathematics, whether that takes form in rearranging equations for a GCSE exam, or understanding a proof of Sylow's Theorem. I enjoy giving explanations and seeing the spark in someone's eyes when they understand a concept.

I assess a student's ability, motivation, and goals to carefully tailor lessons and work to help them learn as effectively and efficiently as possible. The length of lessons will vary depending on the goals of the student, but are at least one hour long. My tutoring is for anyone; from somebody preparing for their GCSEs or A-levels, to a student in University who wants help in a topic they're struggling with, to adults who want to sharpen their skills.
