About Soundra
My name is Soundra Dodds. I have my bachelor's degree in elementary education with endorsements in reading, math, SPED, ELL, Early childhood, and coaching. I also have my Master's in culturally responsive teaching. I have been teaching for five years, I have mostly taught 2-3, but have a little experience in first grade as well as 4-5th grade. In the summers, I love to tutor or nanny young kids. Now I have two kids of my own, so spending time with them has been great!

I will be teaching at your own pace classes where I offer prerecorded videos, PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, and more for you to complete and review at your own pace.
A typical lesson ranges from 15 minutes to 45 minutes based on the skill and need for practice.
I am a very fun and engaging teacher who loves to incorporate technology, videos, games, and activities in my lessons.
Most of my lessons are geared toward lower elementary ages for reading and math!
