If the lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours before the session, I will be happy to accommodate and reschedule. However, due to high demand for my services, if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session or the student is a no-show to the appointment, I will charge for the hour of the scheduled time. This is to ensure that other students can have the time slot. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered cancelled, I will log off, and the student will be charged for the full hour.
