About NATASHA
Natasha Israt Kabir (She/Her/They) currently develops her career as a development professional, researcher, and student at Southern Illinois University. Apart from that, she worked in humanitarian responses as well, being a Gender and Protection Focal funded by UNHCR at Helvetas Bangladesh and entitled to Gender-Based Violence at MUKTI. Natasha graduated from the "Pondicherry Central University," being a recipient of the "UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute for South Asian Regional Cooperation" scholarship in India for the academic year 2010 from August to May 2012. Her first post-graduation and graduation are based on international relations at Jahangir Nagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, a local university. Now she is a development professional and working as a community volunteer for her foundation as the founder-president of the BRIDGE Foundation for the disabled community, based on arts, inclusive research, and campaigning for the rights of persons with disabilities.
