About
I'm getting my PhD in biomedical science after working 5 years in the biotech industry. I've loved science all my life - yes that means I was a nerd (and still am!) I'm in my late 20s and have been a central Massachusetts resident my whole life. I know science is hard, which is why it's important to connect over hobbies and other interests to build trust and give our minds a break so we can come back stronger. Speaking of hobbies - I love video games, hiking, reading, cooking/baking, snowboarding, and most especially my cat. My goal here is to help you succeed and feel accomplished. I'll try my best to make that happen!

I prefer one-on-one tutoring where we start with what your current strengths and weaknesses are and make some goals. Then we design a curriculum together that's specialized for what you want to learn and how to reinforce concepts and skills learned in class. I like to help with study skills, homework habits, and learning techniques that improve recall and memorization that also retain high level detail of concepts needed to succeed. Having experience in the industry as well, I can give applied examples and advice on what their studies will achieve them in the working world.
