About Jay
I have been in the exercise science space for over a decade, working with multiple high performance athletes at club, regional, and national level. During this time, I have continued my own personal education becoming an internationally qualified strength and conditioning coach. My methodical approach to sports training and teaching is grounded in evidence-based research.
