About Nonceba
After attaining my Diploma in Land Survey, I worked for the Government which exposed me to both the field and office work; as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds and education levels.
Later on, working as a manager trained me to embrace diversity and identify talent to create winning teams from people of all sorts. In my effort to understand people as individuals and create the environment for excellence for respective individuals, I enrolled and graduated in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which really opened my eyes to gaining brilliant input and performance from people who think differently from the rest.
As a mother, putting my two children through school was very difficult and frustrating for us as parents, the teachers and the kids themselves as they both had their uniquely different ways of thinking and doing things.
Researching and learning more about individual people trained me to treat people as unique individuals who have the ability to excel given the right environment and tools. Seeing the frustration in everyone involved when trying to fit everybody in the same shaped box motivated me to create the enabling environment for individual people. Seeing them soar was very rewarding and fulfilling in both my work life and my private life.
Having left my job in 2021; I now have that thirst of creating the environment for individuals to excel and I feel that there is no better tool than education.

Taking advantage of my student's different learning abilities, their talents and passion makes it possible for me to align my tutoring methods to the student.
Respect for my student's preferences and abilities coupled with the scope of work to be covered drives our learning progress and builds our relationship.
English is the language that is used for all our lessons
The Lessons will cover what we have planned together with my student and when necessary including parents. The aim being making the lesson enjoyable resulting in the student having clear understanding of the concepts.
