About Joe
I am a recent graduate of the University of Manchester, having studied Physics with Astrophysics. While I loved studying for my degree, I understand that Physics (and the Maths behind it) can be challenging subjects and so I’m here to make them approachable and rewarding.
Having gone through each stage of education, I’ve come to see learning as a step-by-step journey. Each level builds on the last, and with the right guidance and practice, complex topics become much more manageable. I’m here to help students make steady progress, ensuring that each foundational step is solid before moving on to the next.

I believe in an interactive and adaptive teaching style, which is all about understanding each student’s unique needs. In our sessions, I’ll guide you through key topics, work through exercises, and identify both your strengths and areas for improvement. This ensures you make solid progress in every lesson. We’ll also use real-world examples to reinforce concepts, making difficult material more accessible.
Each session typically runs for an hour, though we can adjust this based on your needs. We’ll focus on areas you find challenging and work to strengthen those as well as polish your understanding of key topics.
With a background in Physics with Astrophysics, I’ve worked with students at various levels, helping them improve their grades and confidence in both Maths and Physics. Whether you’re aiming to improve your grades or just need extra support, my goal is to help you succeed. Let’s start your journey to success together!
