About Amelia
Majored in Physics and Mathematics and minored in Data Science as an undergraduate. Currently a graduate student studying Physics. Interested in Physics Education Research and Neurodiversity.
For online lessons, I use a digital writing tablet that lets me write and draw directly onto our shared workspace in real time. This means I can work through equations, diagrams, graphs, and problems by hand just as I would on paper, while you can follow along as everything develops on your screen.
I find this makes online lessons feel much more natural and interactive than simply sharing slides or talking through a problem. You’ll be able to see exactly how I approach a problem step-by-step, and we can annotate, work things out, and build on ideas together.

My lessons can be tailored to whatever you need. If you’re looking for a deep conceptual understanding of the material, I’m happy to slow down, explore the “why” behind the concepts, and make sure everything truly clicks. If you simply need some help getting through a homework assignment, preparing for a test, or working through a problem you’re stuck on, I’m happy to help with that too.
There’s no expectation that you need to learn a certain way or come into a lesson knowing exactly what you need. We can figure that out together and use our time in whatever way is most helpful to you.
