Isla has been my colleague and friend for many years now. She is someone who always shows up for others and encourages you to push yourself in and out of classroom. She creates a safe space without judgement, which empowers you to try new things. Her creative approach to learning would make sessions fun and suitable for many learning styles. I would trust Isla to teach a wide range of students as she has experience with bilingual kids and students with disabilities.
