About Victoria
Hello! My name is Victoria, and I help people become confident and capable in the digital world—not just by teaching tools, but by showing you how to actually use them in real life.
My background is in Information Technology, and I’ve spent over 10 years working behind the scenes in tech. A big part of my work involved analyzing AI-generated content—understanding how small changes in wording can completely shift meaning, clarity, and impact. That experience trained me to think deeply, explain clearly, and simplify even the most complex digital concepts.
Today, I teach digital skills in a practical, no-nonsense way. This includes AI tools, content creation, computer basics, productivity software like Excel and PowerPoint, video editing with Canva and CapCut, and even building simple websites. I don’t focus on theory—I focus on what you can actually do with these tools.
What makes my approach different is how I teach. I don’t overwhelm you with jargon or rush through steps. I break things down, guide you patiently, and adjust based on how you learn best. If something doesn’t make sense, I find another way to explain it—until it clicks.
Whether you’re a complete beginner trying to understand your computer, a creator looking to use AI and video tools, or someone ready to build digital skills for work or business, I meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
Because of my tech background, everything runs smoothly. I create my own step-by-step resources, use clear visuals, and make sure you’re not just watching—but actually doing. You won’t leave confused—you’ll leave knowing exactly what to do next.
Outside of teaching, I’m deeply involved in digital creation, building resources, and helping others turn ideas into something real. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing someone go from “I don’t understand this” to “I can do this on my own.”

I believe everyone can learn computers with the right guidance. My teaching style is patient, practical, and built on the idea that mistakes are part of the lesson.
My Techniques & Methodology:
I break things down into simple steps and teach by doing—we'll click, type, and explore together using screen sharing. As a Digital Content & AI QA Specialist, I bring real-world experience into every lesson and love introducing beginners to Artificial Intelligence in a gentle, easy-to-understand way.

Lessons are usually 1 hour, adjustable to your needs.
My Qualifications & Experience:
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and currently work as a Digital Content & AI QA Specialist, so I know how to explain tech in plain language.
