About Emily
Prior to choosing neuroscience in my penultimate year I covered the cores for zoology, physiology and genetics. I have since worked as Research Assistant in molecular and cellular therapeutics and in the field of Clinical Research in a hospital setting.
I think biology (and all sciences in general) are important to everyone and that anyone willing to learn more about them is more than capable of doing so, I'm just here to lend a helping hand along the way.

My lessons are for both junior cert and leaving cert students. I tailor lessons to each individual students needs with a focus on topics that the student is having trouble understanding.
My current role involves explaining the scientific background of clinical studies to patients and hence I am well accustomed to explaining the science of biology in an understandable and accessible way to people from all walks of life.
