About Casey
I am a graduate of Salem State University and Merrimack College. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State, and my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Curriculum and English as a Second Language from Merrimack College. Since graduation, I have taken on various educator positions as a substitute teacher, special education teaching assistant, and lead teacher in numerous public and private schools around Massachusetts. I have worked with students in grades k-2 with different learning challenges (ADHD, ADD, OCD, Autism, Dyslexia) 1:1 and in small group settings. While I have worked with students to achieve success in all academic subjects, I am passionate about working with students who require phonics, reading, and writing support; as well as ESL students who are looking to strengthen their English literacy skills.
