I am a certified teacher with years of experience in the classroom. I know all students’ brains and thinking work differently and will try my best to present information that caters to every type of learner. I have taught and worked with many children of various backgrounds. I will create learning experiences that allow students to make real life connections. I will tailor lessons to meet the individual learner's needs. I can provide multi-sensory manipulatives and learning tools that will help students to interpret, learn, and retain information. I have experience with all types of learners from my time in the classroom and will help my students achieve success to the best of my ability. I am certified to teach students from grades 1-6, but will take students of any grade. My method of teaching is to cultivate a relaxed learning environment that helps my students develop a better understanding of math skills they may be struggling with.

Knowing that not every child learns the same, Caitlin will be very creative in finding the right way to help each child learn and understand the subject. Caitlin has had a very good report with students and parents alike. Because of her caring and flexible methods and effect on her students she was selected as Teacher of the Year her 3rd year of teaching. Many former students visited her room for help after moving on.
Caitlin is patient and takes the time to make sure her student understands before moving on. She understands that not everyone’s mind works the same and works to figure out how to make a student understand in a way that they learn best.
