About Wilma
I am a migrant from the Philippines who have been in NZ for the past 14 years. My educational background is in Statistics and Mathematics. I am a researcher who does number crunching, but a part-time lecturer in the Philippines. While looking for a full-time job in NZ, I was into private tutoring and also volunteered as a private tutor to the children of a friend. I am about to retire as a Statistician/Analyst in a government agency in NZ. It is my desire to continue to work by sharing my knowledge in Mathematics and Statistics to the future generation.

I have private tutoring experience in NZ teaching students who are in secondary level/college that will be taking NCEA. Had taught statistics to a student in university and a student taking master's degree. All my secondary level students passed the NCEAs and the one in university passed his paper and got a degree.
