Taking lessons with me will DRAMATICALLY change your views and ideologies of Health and fitness. I love to implement Health and fitness in fun ways to help understanding and learning. Having experience of teaching and coaching for the past 7 years has given me the advantage to learn and understand how different people and their bodies work. I really look forward to helping people learn more about their own bodies and how they work and should be used!
