About Campbell
Hi! I’m a 25-year-old Canadian who has been living in Australia for the past three years. I have a strong passion for education and personal development, which has led me to complete a Master of Secondary Education at Griffith University, specializing in Biology and Health & Physical Education. Alongside my studies, I’ve worked as a tutor supporting students in Years 5–8 across various subjects, helping them build confidence and improve academic outcomes. I also work as an NDIS support worker, where I support individuals with diverse needs—this experience has deepened my understanding of different learning styles and the importance of patience, empathy, and flexibility in teaching. I live a very active lifestyle and bring that energy into my sessions. I aim to create a positive, engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and supported. Whether your child needs help catching up, staying ahead, or preparing for exams, I tailor lessons to suit their unique goals and learning preferences.

I create a supportive and structured learning environment tailored to each student’s needs. My teaching approach blends direct instruction with inquiry-based learning, encouraging students to think critically and develop confidence in their own problem-solving skills. Lessons typically run for 60 minutes, with a clear structure: a quick review of prior content, focused teaching of a new concept, guided practice, and time for questions or consolidation. I also adapt lesson length depending on the student’s age, attention span, and learning goals. I hold a Master of Secondary Education from Griffith University, specializing in Senior Biology and HPE, and have experience tutoring students in Years 5–8 across a range of subjects. I also support students in developing study skills, managing exam stress, and becoming more independent learners. My lessons are suitable for upper primary to senior secondary students, especially those seeking help in science, math, health, or general study support. I’m currently awaiting teacher registration approval and am passionate about helping students thrive in the meantime.
