As a Gallaudet graduate and a native ASL user, I offer instruction that is accurate, culturally grounded, and deeply connected to the Deaf community. I teach through a combination of visual immersion, structured skill‑building, and real‑world communication practice. Because ASL is a visual language, I rely heavily on modeling, repetition, facial expression, and natural conversation. I adapt my methods to each student’s pace and learning style—whether they need step‑by‑step guidance, cultural context, or conversational fluency. My approach blends Deaf cultural knowledge, linguistic accuracy, and practical communication strategies so students learn not just signs, but how to truly communicate.
