My goal is to make the process feel empowering and less stressful. A Typical Lesson Plan! Warm-up (5-10 min): Start with a quick brainstorming activity to get ideas flowing. Essay Review (20-30 min): Focus on reviewing drafts, ensuring their essay communicates their personal story effectively and stands out. Feedback and Editing (10-15 min): Discuss areas for improvement, from structure to word choice, and work through edits together.
