About Laura
Hi, I’m Laura! I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and realize that learning doesn’t have to be overwhelming.
I recently completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting and have a strong academic background in Accounting, Statistics, Introductory Chemistry, and High School Mathematics. Throughout my university studies, I discovered that one of the most rewarding experiences was helping classmates understand difficult concepts and seeing their confidence grow.
I believe everyone is capable of succeeding with the right support. I know firsthand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand your learning style and explain concepts in ways that make sense to you. My goal isn’t just to help you pass your next test or assignment—it’s to help you develop the skills and confidence to become an independent learner.
Outside of tutoring, I’m passionate about education, community involvement, and supporting others to achieve their goals. I enjoy creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress.
