I am a first-class psychology graduate with qualifications in English language, math, biology, business studies, and sociology. I also focused on politics and history in my first year of university. I believe in a collaborative approach to learning where the student/ parent and I come together to agree upon realistic yet challenging learning goals and break these goals down into manageable lesson plans. I create a safe and encouraging environment to learn in and offer flexibility to enable the pupil to progress at their own pace. Not only do I teach topics using examples and helpful activities, I also help pupils prepare for the type of examinations they will be expected to undertake in specific subject areas. The most important part of tutoring for me, is that each student progresses in such a way that they fall in love with the topic.
