About Davina
I have graduated from the University of Lethbridge, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. I have taken many classes in Education, Child Psychology, and English Literature. I have spent the last 25 years working as an Early Childhood Educator in Kindergarten Enhancement and Out of School Care Programs. One of my key responsibilities was teaching children recognition and understanding of emotions, emotional regulation, in addition to resolution of conflict resolution skills, kindness, and compassion. I have experience in documentation and observation of children's learning through play activities, and planning a variety of art, literacy, science, and physical activities using the flight curriculum and emergent curriculum as a base.
