About Millie
I have been studying English Language for several years and have developed a passion for the subject that I want to share with others. Tutoring allows me to combine my love for language with my desire to help people grow in confidence and communication. I find it rewarding to guide individuals as they learn a new language or strengthen their existing skills, helping them reach both academic and personal goals. I want to create an encouraging and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to express themselves and enjoy the process of learning.

I like to follow a PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) structure. I begin by giving real life examples of language being used, which is then followed by a controlled activity where you can practise what you’ve learnt. Then, you will do another activity in a less controlled way, such as a speaking exercise between the two of us. Often, it is helpful to set homework tasks that can be used as practice in following sessions.
