About Adam
I hold an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews, and have recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with a postgraduate degree in Immunology. I am highly experienced in biology, and hold a deep passion for the subject. I am enthusiastic to share my interests with fellow scientists.

I offer engaging, personalised biology tutoring tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals. My lessons focus on building a strong understanding of key biological concepts rather than memorisation, using clear explanations, diagrams, real-world examples, and exam-style questions to reinforce learning. I also teach effective revision strategies and problem-solving techniques to help students confidently tackle assessments and exams.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although longer or shorter sessions can be arranged to suit individual needs. Each lesson is structured around the student's objectives, whether that involves learning new content, reviewing difficult topics, completing practice questions, or preparing for upcoming exams.
My lessons are suitable for high school students (Years 7–12), including those studying GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, IB Biology, and equivalent qualifications, as well as university students. I also welcome students who simply want to strengthen their understanding of biology or prepare for university entrance examinations in the life sciences.
