One of the best ways of getting a student on the right tracks for improvement is to ascertain their strengths and weaknesses and what their optimum learning methods are.
I have plenty of different techniques and resources to help students learn and I will create mini tests regularly to make sure the content of the lessons is being absorbed and retained.
When it comes to exam prep, looking at the exam board's criteria and mark scheme is key, so I will do this in advance and make sure that the students are ticking all the boxes to do well in their exams.
