A typical lesson plan would be to convert the room that the student is in as conviene store where we go around the room and put a price tag on items. The student will then follow through with adding up the cost of their items so they can then “pay” the cashier (me). The purpose is to teach them the life skills of adding money but still making it interactive! I love finding ideas of more interactive activities so the student is able to recall the information or lesson more efficiently.
