About Nima
My name is Nima. I have more than 7 years of professional web development experience. I also have a strong interest in audio programming and developing audio effects and instruments. As a graduate of NYU's ITP program, I have developed an artistic layer on top of the technical skills I have. I have a strong passion for creative coding. During my time at ITP, I worked as a teaching assistant for various classes dealing with audio programming for beginners, creative coding for beginners and web development for beginners. I'm an artist at heart, with necessary skills to bring your ideas to life, and I'm willing to transfer the knowledge and experience I have to anyone passionate about the same topics :)

As a coding lab mentor and a teaching assistant at NYU, I have honed my teaching and mentoring skills and I enjoy simplifying complex ideas in simple and easy-to-understand terminology. This experience has taught me the importance of patience and adaptability when working with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels. I've developed strategies to break down intricate programming concepts into manageable chunks, using analogies and real-world examples to enhance comprehension.
In my lessons we emphasize real-world applications and building useful projects rather than learning about mere concepts in a scattered form.
My lessons are designed in three categories for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels in both Web Development and Creative Coding. Depending on your needs we can alter the syllabus to include technologies you desire to learn.
