About Madeline
As someone who has gone through both undergraduate and graduate programs, I am familiar with instructors not understanding their students on a personal level. As a current lecturer at a local university, I strive for my students to feel comfortable with me to ensure they can reach out for any help needed. I have my Bachelor's degree in English and my Master's degree in Literature, the latter being from a fully online program, so I am familiar with the potential struggles of online learning. I love to teach and work with students to ensure they are set on the best academic path possible.

As someone who has worked with a variety of high school and college students, I love to alter my teaching methods to fit each student. In recognizing that each student has a different perspective, I enjoy working with them on an individual level, ensuring their needs are met within the classroom. I focus on discussion in conjunction with classic lectures to ensure students grasp the material and how it affects the rest of their education. I use a variety of texts to highlight the diversity in literature while maintaining the interest of students. These lessons are for high school and college students seeking assistance in literature analysis and understanding to further their education.
