Cancellation within 12-24 hours will be no charge. Based on the reason of cancellation less than 12 hours' notice will/might result in a 50% cancellation fee. If a reschedule is made at time of cancellation, waiver of cancellation fee might be granted. There is no refund if second or third no-show/no-notice of cancellation will end our contract.
