About Yicheng
As a tutor, I aim to create a supportive, professional, and motivating learning environment. I am a Materials Science and Engineering graduate from the University of Manchester, and I also worked as a PASS Leader, supporting students through peer-assisted study sessions. This experience helped me develop clear communication, patience, and the ability to explain difficult ideas in a simple way. My lessons are well-structured, personalized, and focused on real improvement. I always adapt my teaching to each student’s level and goals, whether they need help with speaking, writing, grammar, academic English, or confidence in communication.

As an English tutor, my teaching style is practical, patient, and student-focused. I first understand each student’s level, goals, and weaknesses, then design lessons to match their needs.
