As a tutor in the private sector , i have had a lot of experiences and adequate knowledge in my area of discipline. I have realized that students can be taught to read and write using different methods...some students are brilliant but really finding it difficult to bring out the potentials in them. When teaching, you don't just teach. Try to discover your students and be sure that a larger percentage are flowing well with you. Explain before giving note to students to make your teaching more effective.
