About Amber

My journey as a teacher began when I was still a student myself. From a young age, I enjoyed helping my peers understand difficult concepts, explaining lessons in simple ways, and supporting them in their studies. Seeing my classmates learn and succeed through my guidance gave me a sense of fulfilment and gradually developed into a genuine passion for teaching.

Over time, the positive feedback and academic progress of my students strengthened my confidence and motivated me to pursue teaching as a career. With more than 8 years of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to work with students from different educational backgrounds and curricula, including O/A Levels, Edexcel, GCSE, IGCSE, and the USA curriculum.

As an Aerospace Engineering graduate, I also teach SolidWorks at the graduate level, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications. My main focus is Mathematics, along with Physics and Chemistry. I believe every student has a unique learning style, which is why I provide personalised lectures tailored to their individual needs and goals.

For me, teaching is much more than delivering lessons. It is about building confidence, simplifying challenging topics, encouraging curiosity, and helping students realise their full potential. My students' progress and achievements continue to inspire me, and I pursue this career because teaching has always been, and remains, my passion.

About the lesson

I am a passionate and dedicated tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience, specialising in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for O/A Level students. Mathematics is my main area of focus, and I aim to make even the most challenging concepts simple, clear, and easy to understand through personalised lectures tailored to each student's learning style, pace, and academic needs.

I have experience teaching students from various educational boards, including the USA curriculum, Edexcel, GCSE, and IGCSE. I also teach SolidWorks at the graduate level, helping students develop their technical and practical engineering skills. With a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, I bring strong subject knowledge and practical understanding to my teaching.

My teaching methodology focuses on conceptual clarity, problem-solving techniques, interactive learning, and consistent practice. I believe every student has the potential to excel with the right guidance, encouragement, and individual attention. I teach not just as a profession, but because teaching is my passion, and I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence, achieve their academic goals, and develop a lasting understanding of the subjects they study.
