About Pauline
I love biology. I particularly love cell biology and our immune systems. Our bodies have always fascinated me. I also enjoy plant biology and the comparison between animal and plant cells. I have several degrees in specialised biology and worked in a lab completing research for several years. I started volunteering in Manchester Museum teaching school children lab science. I realised I had a passion for teaching and encouraging children to love science as much a I do. I am also keen to encourage pupils to learn exam technique as this is also essential in order to do well during exams.

Lessons would be online and cater to your needs. Lessons can cover any high school lessons ( GCSE, NATIONALS, HIGHERS, A LEVELS, ADVANCED HIGHERS) so ages 11 -16.
Ideally the lesson would be an hour but open to making them longer or doing double lesson.
My qualifications
Masters in Immunology from Glasgow University with Placement at Harvard University.
MPhil in developmental biology from Manchester University
PGCE teaching in science and biology from Manchester University
Been a teacher for 10 years
