About Julie
I am currently a university student and I graduated from Saturday Chinese school not long ago. I love speaking Chinese as it really opens up a whole new world for you to explore. Learning Chinese not only allows you to communicate with other Mandarin speakers, but also allows you to get to know a different culture - and I can assure you there are so many interesting things awaiting you! This is a big reason why I want to help you learn Mandarin and I also really hope you get to visit the beautiful country of China or any Chinese speaking countries in the future (be sure to let me know when you're there for a tour!)

I will focus on your areas of improvement and tailor teaching to target them. I use fun ways to help you remember words and my lessons vary from 30mins to 1.5hrs. I am a fluent Mandarin speaker as it is the language I speak every day at home. I attended Chinese school every weekend and gained many qualifications with high marks, with my highest being: Advanced Higher Mandarin A+, HSK6, Chinese Speaking Competition UK Gold Award etc. I am confident in teaching beginners/intermediate Mandarin to all age groups, as I have experience!
