I love teaching and believe that every student is smart and has the capability to learn. My approach is hands-on and I love trying ideas that involve student's interests I believe that this keeps the student invested in the content and makes them enjoy learning more! I also am very big on encouragement with students because if they know that you believe in them they are more likely to believe in themselves.
