About Ayesha
As a recent graduate with a passion for helping others improve their academic performance, I have developed a unique approach to tutoring that combines modern-day study techniques with conventional methods. With experience teaching privately while also balancing my studies, I have found success in helping students achieve their target grades. My particular interest lies in tutoring science-related subjects, as I aspire to become a medical student. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am also an artist and have found joy in using my skills to help create future artists through tutoring. In fact, I have achieved a 90 percent success rate for improvement within the first two weeks of teaching art classes at home. In my classes, I like to use positive reinforcement to encourage further learning and participation. Each lesson is carefully prepared with a presentation and tasks designed to actively process information and store it in our long-term memory. Overall, my approach to tutoring is rooted in psychology and focuses on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and success. With my unique blend of academic expertise and artistic talent, I am confident that I can make a positive impact on the lives of my students.

As an educator, I believe in the power of blending traditional and modern teaching strategies to help my students achieve their full potential. By combining independent learning with interactive methods like blurting, I create an engaging and dynamic classroom environment that fosters success. I structure my lessons to be around 45-60 minutes in length, as research shows that this is the optimal time frame for information retention. Additionally, I make it a point to review previous lesson material to prevent retrieval failure and provide sufficient cues for enhanced recall. My goal as an educator is to empower my students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed both academically and in life.
