If I had to define the most important aims and objectives of my work as a teacher since I started working here and there, I would sum them up as giving learners confidence. As a former language student and now as a French teacher, I've experienced and observed how helping people gain confidence is probably one of the best and first tools I've worked on. Creating a favorable and safe environment in which to express oneself, and not making people feel linguistically insecure when learning a foreign language, is a personal goal that I feel is essential, and I think my past experiences have enabled me to work towards it.
