I graduated with my bachelor's degree with honors while running track and field. I currently stay up to date with topics with continuing education and real-life experience. I am also studying for NASM accreditation so currently in the learning and studying groove as well.

I work to help students see the whole picture of a challenging problem by explaining all parts. I understand that students have different learning styles and can cater to those as well. I have a very positive and can do attitude that has been described as infectious. I am also great with organization and planning if needed.
